New Updates!

Hello all! Sorry about the delay in updated that blog. It has been crazy busy around here. Even with things being hectic, we have still managed to sign up new people!!! (Thank you Facebook!) The best news comes in the form of the "present" we got from Zoegetics. About 3 weeks ago, I came home to find to large boxes on the front porch. I got really excited, then nervous. Was it a present? Wait, 2 presents? Or did someone, somewhere charge me for something I didn't order? I looked at the return address: Zoegetics. I must admit, I was immediately angry. I thought that they had mistakingly charged me for another cleaning pack... 2 cleaning packs. When I opened the boxes, I was shocked. Enclosed, I found 60 sticks of ZoeLife, 1 tub of ZoeLife, and the entire cleaning supply package x 2 since Jack and I had signed up separately!!!!! There was a letter in each box stating that this was a gift, FREE OF CHARGE, to get our businesses started. WOW!! I was so excited. So if anyone needs samples, please let me know.

The other interesting news. In all of the chaos of the last 2 months, I haven't been counting my points much... um, at all. I have been drinking my ZoeLife daily, though. This has continued to curb my appetite and make bad foods look undesirable to me. I weighed this AM. I have lost 12lbs total! At this point, I haven't lost anymore, but I haven't gained either, which is a BIG deal for me. For me, if I'm not counting points and completely cognisant of everything that I eat, I gain. Just a fact. So I'm really excited about this maintenance.

Congrats to those who have joined Zoegetics!!! For those who are still skeptical, a friend of mine just joined 2 weeks ago. She waited to join so she could do some research on ZoeLife and Zoegetics. I'm happy to say that she did web searches for 3 weeks and could find NOTHING bad about Zoegetics! If anyone has questions for her or for me, just let me know and I can put you in contact with her. I am free to have meetings whenever. I have all of the information, and have random days off, so just let me know when a good time would be and I can meet to discuss it (max time 45 min).

Have a great week!!!

So this is gross, but... The truth behind ZoeClean

I realize that I just posted an update yesterday, but something happened 2 days ago that bears mentioning. Our dog, sweet baby that she is, has a problem. She is a random vomiter as I like to call her. We have learned to deal with this problem, and are REALLY glad that our house here has wood floors. Thursday night we returned from running errands to find a "surprise" on Nola's dog bed. Gross. I cleaned it up and Jack grabbed the ZoeClean Odor Eliminator spray. All he did was spray it on the bed. There was a considerable-sized brown spot on the edge of the bed (sorry, graphic I realize, but only to prove a point). Last night I looked over at her bed and there was NO SPOT!! Ask Jack, he was as shocked as I was. I don't have the before pic (which I'm sure y'all would not want to see anyway), but I do have the after... amazing.  The "spot" was to the right of her left front leg, and you can barely see it. So this is testimony that these products work (or at least this one). More consumer investigative work to follow!

The ZoeLife Benefits

I feel great today. Why, you may ask? As of this morning, I have lost 12.5lbs drinking ZoeLife. My husband has lost 14lbs. The funny thing is that it was always about losing weight for us, but now we see that there is so much more. We both feel better and have a better way of looking at eating. The Zoelife (as I have mentioned before) is not marketed as a weight-loss product or an appetite suppressant, however it ends up providing both of these benefits to committed Zoe-drinkers. My appetite is no where near what it used to be. I used to dream about the most awful foods, eating fried foods on average about 5 times/week. I haven't eaten any fried foods in about 2 weeks now. That's CRAZY!!! My husband and I love ice cream. We used to each get an ice cream at Cold Stone/ MAggie Moo's. Now we split a small and can't even finish it!

I feel like we both have more energy as well. My day feels more balanced. There are fewer high's and low's (I'm starving... Now I'm so sleepy, etc). My cousin has been drinking it for 3 months and she has lost 30lbs. She was mad the other day because she had just bought 3 new pairs of pants, then they didn't fit... too big! I tried to explain that this was a good problem. :)

We have also been experimenting with different mixers for the Zoe. Per Patty, if ZoeLife mixed first with some warm/ hot water, it will dissolve much better. Patty has also discovered that mixing it with Sprite Zero is quite tasty. She's calling it the "Zoe Spritzer". I have been trying various flavors of crystal light. I've found that a bottle of water with crystal light in it is too sweet. The trick is to fill half of the bottle with crystal light/ water, then add water to the other half, Zoe in last. Shake up the mixture and it's not too sweet. TASTY! Here are the flavor thst we have tried- friut punch, grape, strawberry, and orange. I like the srawberry the best (that's the WalMart brand crystal light). I have also tried mixing the ZoeLife in vanilla yogurt. It's really good! It just makes it taste like a berry yogurt, but it is VERY filling.

Next update, we will be posting pictures. I'm going to post a picture of Jack and I (before and after) as well as different ways to mix the Zoelife.

Congratulations to everyone that has started the ZoeLife, you will feel great!

Sunday Zoe Meeting Success and the cleaning products!!!!

We had the second Zoe Organizing Party tonight at the house and it was a SUCCESS!!!! This is going to be BIG everywhere, but I have really good feelings about Baton Rouge specifically! We discussed the new pay plan, got new people on the ZoeLife train, and discussed the cleaning products.

We got the 14 cleaning products in Friday. They are amazing. Really, not kidding. I hate to clean, but I tried them out and was very pleased. The 14 products for a member (or distributor) cost $95 (for a non-member, $125). Also, they are "green" cleaning supplies. No harsh chemicals, etc.

Think if it like this: how much do you spend at the grocery every month? At least $200, right? What if you bought groceries from yourself... say paid for 30 days of fruits and vegetables and/or your cleaning supplies? This is what Zoegetics is about... for $60 a month! The great part is that it is tax deductible as well. I'll detail this more at another time...

Here are some interesting numbers. My cousin joined 4/1/2009, but didn't go to her first meeting or understand it until 4/28/2009.  By 6/29, she had 22 people. 7/2 she had 28 people. 7/7 65 people. Today, she has 111 PEOPLE!!!!!!!! She only signed 35 people. That's correct. So 76 people were signed up by the people she signed up!!  WHAT? I saw the numbers from her Zoe website myself. Amazing.

And that's how simple this is. Keep talking about it and we'll keep having meetings! I will also keep posting on the blog. I'm especially excited because my first person that I signed just got her 2 people!! She did it in less time than it took me, so she should be really excited!

Geaux Zoe!

What is Zoegetics and why do these people keep talking about it???

What is Zoegetics?

Zoegetics is a small (for now) Georgia-based company. It was started by 3 men who had the idea that people should be living better, greener, lives. The original product, ZoeLife, was developed by one of the company founders, a dietitian. He realized that hardly anyone was getting in all 5 servings of their fruits and vegetables in a day, so he decided to do something about it. He developed a drink powder that would allow people the antioxidants and vitamins that are in those fruits and vegetables, without the sugar or the hassle of actually eating 13 fruits and vegetables. The company then decided to expand. 6 months later, they released their cleaning line, ZoeClean. These are E.P.A. DFE (designed for the environment) approved products. The company is slowly developing other lines as well- a baby line, a pet care line, a skin care line, etc. They are also developing ZoeLife specifically for senior citizens and children.

Why should I drink ZoeLife?

The answer is simple- to feel better and be healthier. Add Zoelife to your regular routine, and you are adding the nutrients of 13 fruits and vegetables. There are many positive testimonials on the interweb regarding ZoeLife. Both diabetics and patients with high blood pressure have gotten off of their medications. People have lost weight. People just feel better! On a personal note, I have lost 10.5lbs so far (been drinking it for almost 2 months), my husband has lost 15lbs, and my cousin (4 months in) has lost 30lbs. My cousin also had terrible gastric ulcers and she is now off of her medications. It's a simple addition to your day. I get the packets, so I can take them anywhere (also they take up minimal space in the pantry). You can drink however many you would like in a day... I have one, but I've spoken to people that have 2 or 3.
It is not marketed as an appetite suppressant or a weight loss product, however both of these benefits are evident. It has 3g of fiber, so there is definitely an element of appetite suppression.
Maybe this is placebo effect, but since I have been drinking it, I just don't have the desire to eat anything bad (example- I used to eat fried food daily or every other day, now maybe once a week).

How does it taste?

Tart. Plain and simple. I like to mix it into crystal light. My husband likes the taste with just water. It is a "whole food" without artificial sweeteners, so it does not dissolve totally. So when you get to the bottom of the drink, so may see some particles, just swirl the water, then finish it off.

What's the big difference between joining Zoegetics and just ordering it each month?

The cost to order each month is $80/month for a 30 day supply. You make no money from the product, but you are making the person you order from a little cash! You can join in 2 different ways: at $50 and at $397. The difference lies in the products that you get at each different rate (obviously more if you join at $397) and in the reimbursement from the company. These details are on the website (www.zoelifestyle.com/pages/details or just go to the website then Opportunities, then Details). Then to be an "active distributor", all you have to do is get your monthly supply of ZoeLife ($60/month) and recruit 2 more people.

Do I have to sell anything?

No. As stated above, to be an active distributor, just get your monthly supply and recruit 2 people. At first, this seems really daunting, but it becomes really easy after you see how well the ZoeLife works. My husband and I swore that we would not tell anyone about this (my cousin promised to get us 2 people each), then we started to see and feel the effects of the ZoeLife. We were hooked and started sharing this with everyone.

What is network marketing and what does "active distributor" mean?

When Benny Graham developed this product, he was going to sell it at GNC. His friend, Jay Vaughn, was at whiz at network marketing and thought that this was the way to go with ZoeLife. Benny switched over and that's all she wrote. The basic idea is that instead of spending millions on advertising, the company would recruit distributors and use word of mouth to promote the company and the product. What started as a small company in middle Georgia, has big plans to go worldwide and is on pace to do so. On any network marketing company, more money is made being on the ground level (<200,000>

How much money are we talking about?

Alot. The checks start small (obviously), then gradually get bigger.  I have met someone who just got a check for $40,000 (for one month), granted they have been involved since January, but that's still alot of money. What other job do you know of where your check gets BIGGER every month???

I work, raise a family, pay bills, and pay ALOT to taxes- why should I do this?

This is your own independent business. Take a friend out to dinner? Deduct it- you talked about Zoegetics. Take a trip? Deduct it- you talked about Zoegetics.

You just want me to join to make you more money, right?

Of course. Just kidding! Wanted to see if you were paying attention. Once you join, you get your own "tree". You are the top of your "tree". You have no idea what is happening above you. If you already have your 2 people, and have someone else interested, you can sign them up under one of your people. So at any given time, you may log onto the site, look at your tree, and have 3 new people. That just means that someone is helping you out!!!

So I definitely want to make money, but why this company?

I've looking alot into network marketing lately, comparing companies- reimbursements and products. This is the cheapest one, for one thing. There is one out there called "Efusjon", an "all-natural energy drink". This one is $120/month... yikes. It's marketed to be healthy and good for diabetics, but it has 15g of carbs, as opposed to ZoeLife's 3g. Also, cans vs the small packets (think crystal light singles). That's a big difference in the pantry. I saw on their website where one woman had 300 people under her and made $2500. On ZoeLife, 300 people under you would generate alot more money! (again, see the website)  I came across "MonaVie" which is a drink based on the acai berry. This one is $140/month and now there are over 1 million members... do you remember what that means for network marketing?? More than 200,000 members= less money generated. Again, this is just my own primitive research....

Ashley, you are such a good saleswoman... how do I sign up?

Just email geauxzoe@gmail.com
We can do everything via email or can talk on the phone, either way, you will be more than satisfied.  :)
